1 Definitions

• "DPA" means Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and all associated Implementing Rules and Regulations as amended from time to time.
• "NPC" means the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines, the regulatory body responsible for overseeing compliance with the DPA.

2 Personal Data We Collect

11 Children & Minors

If jl879 discovers that Personal Data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, the relevant Account will be immediately suspended, all associated Personal Data will be deleted (subject to any mandatory retention obligations under Philippine law), and the matter will be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities as required. 12 International Data Transfers

jl879 primarily processes and stores Personal Data within the Philippines. However, certain third-party service providers (including cloud infrastructure, identity verification, and game software providers) may operate data processing infrastructure in other countries.

Where Personal Data is transferred outside the Philippines, jl879 ensures that such transfers are carried out in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC regulations, including:

• Transferring data only to countries or organisations that the NPC has determined to provide an adequate level of protection; or

13 Changes to This Privacy Policy

Material changes to this Policy — meaning changes that significantly affect your rights or jl879's data processing activities — will be communicated to registered Account holders at least fourteen (14) days before they take effect, through in-platform notification and/or email to your registered address.

Minor updates (such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of the Policy) may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy will always reflect the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the jl879 Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
